SPRAY OR VACUUM ?

Simple question, difficult answer

USING VACUUM?

YES,BUT WHY?

The suction technique is particularly recommended for work that generates a lot of dust, such as grinding off large areas of callus on the sole of the foot or when grinding off nails.

  • Dust is extracted directly

  • Easy disposal of the dust bags

  • Free field of vision on the treatment area

  • Effective work when removing large areas of skin

WHAT ABOUT SPRAY TECHNOLOGY ?

The spray technique is recommended for work in smaller areas, for example around the nail. Here, excellent illumination of the working area is often of great importance.

  • The spray mist binds the resulting tissue dust and the dust sinks down

  • A pleasant cooling effect is created for the patient

  • LED light in daylight quality provides optimal illumination and facilitates work

  • Vibration-free working

  • Because of the cooling, it is possible to work at higher speeds

For this reason, both techniques should be explained in detail during training and learned in practical work. Each practitioner should form his or her own opinion here.

For many practitioners, therefore, a treatment cabinet or a combi unit is the best choice. The optimum tool for the various treatment steps is available at all times. These units also offer memory locations for individual settings, foot pedal control, reprocessable handpieces and much more.
